Huawei Y7 goes official with massive 4,000 mAh battery, Android 7.0 Nougat

The rest of the phone's specs are pretty solid considering that it belongs to the mid-range category. One thing that we haven't been able to determine yet is how much the Y7 will cost in Europe and when it will hit the shelves.
Furthermore, the smartphone sports a 5.5-inch display with HD (720p) resolution, as well as a 12-megapixel rear camera with 1.25 μm pixel sensor and PDAF (phase detection autofocus).

Selfie lovers will be glad to know Huawei included a secondary 8-megapixel camera on the front size, which features face recognition technology and beauty mode. There's also fingerprint sensor positioned on the back side of the phone, right below the primary camera.
Another selling point of the Huawei Y7 could be the huge 4,000 mAh battery under the hood, which promises to deliver 20 hours of video playback or up to 15 hours of internet browsing. Huawei states the battery has a capacity retention rate of more than 80% even after 500 times of recharge cycles.
