Did BLU brick your Life One X2 smartphone? Don't worry, you can now buy its sequel (UPDATE)

UPDATE: We've just been informed by BLU that they have fixed the issue with the previous update and customers who own the Life One X2 are now restoring their devices via a new software update.
The Life One X3 is a mid-range smartphone that packs a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal memory. It sports a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, a secondary 13-megapixel selfie snapper, and a massive 5,000 mAh battery.
But who would buy another BLU smartphone knowing that the company that launches them won't offer reliable software support? We sincerely hope that those who made the mistake to purchase the Life One X2 will eventually be able to completely recover their devices.
